LL 4 Women Founder and Head Coach, Pam Fountas, has 20 + years experience in the fitness and wellness industry and is extremely passionate about movement, personal growth and creating life changing communities for women!
She holds an Honors Degree in Kinesiology and numerous training certifications. Pam very much believes that movement has the ability to support women in stepping into their power - both in their bodies and in their lives.
Pam is grateful for the 100’s of women in Kingston she has met and worked with through the LL4W community. She loves being witness to the life transformations that happen and that are celebrated when women start to see what they are capable of!
LL4W is one of her business babies, and she takes great pride and love in what has been built, and the incredible community of women it serves.
“There’s nothing better than being witness to a woman celebrating WHO she is and sharing her wins. I want women to feel powerful and confident in their bodies, in themselves and in their lives. I believe it’s possible for us all and I know that movement is a powerful tool to help get us there.”
