This isn’t just another workout classs. This is a path to feeling healthy and strong in your body and in your life. It’s a life changing experience!

We aren’t about gimmicks or fitness trends. We are about epic before and after stories.

Limitless Living is a fitness and mindset focused experience built exclusively for women. With over 16 years of trusted community presence in Kingston and more than 700 women served, our workout and our community are designed to help you get stronger, healthier and more confident!

Led by highly qualified trainers and a Founder with decades of experience supporting women, our workouts are effectively designed for women of all fitness levels. No fluff at LL - just lots of life changing stuff happening!

The Next 8-Week Session Includes:

Outdoor Training at Lake Ontario Park
The location itself is a win!

Up to 24 Workouts
Strength and conditioning programming for women of all fitness levels. Join us 1, 2 or 3 times a week. You get to decide when you train and how often. Workouts are 55 minutes. (Workout times: Monday 515 pm, Wednesday 515 pm, Thursday 530 pm).

Mindset Coaching - Baked Right In Baby!
Our forward thinking, supportive and health focused philosophies are built into the whole experience. Your mind will benefit just as much as your body. Before you know it, we may get you loving who you see when you look in the mirror and confidently walking through your whole dang life!

Private Community Access
Stay connected, supported, and motivated between sessions with a private online space you can connect with your LL family! Of course this is optional, but our community is full of pretty incredible women.
